Intensity: Medium Flow State is a steady, uplifting vinyasa class built to help you find your rhythm and carry it through the rest of your day. We move through a thoughtful sequence that builds heat, opens the body, and draws your full attention inward. When you're in it, the outside world drops away. Come ready to move with purpose and leave feeling clear, strong, and grounded.

Cancellation Policy

Minimum 3 hours cancellation needed. Please call or text to let us know if you cannot make it and you will not be charged. If no contact you will still be charged for class. Classes not offered by MY Studios are Non Refundable eg. Sound Baths, Moon Nights, Workshops.
